You are Welcome to join in our bi weekly workshop to build a relationship with yourself. to bring harmony, growth, wisdom and healing into your life as a whole and the purpose of your being. These workshops will take place in the morning on every new moon and in the evening on full moon day.
Our workshops are designed and will be led by a Yogi, Energy healer, Master Reiki Healer, Guide and Life Path Coach, Indravadan "Indy". Indy has over 18 years experience helping and guiding his clients to overcome their challenges and find the right direction for their well being and spiritual growth.

Each Discovery Workshop will bring you closer to discovering your true authentic self. You will learn how to "Live with Understanding" and also how to "Practice Understanding" by living it with nature, in turn strengthening and nurturing your growth and security.

Activate and Energize with Yoga & Breath work
Welcome to the farm. We will start our time by calming all our senses with some activities and energizing our system with fresh Prana. We will begin with some Breathwork (Pranayama) to revitalize our inner system and senses. A regular practice of Pranayama will re-boost our systems and help us heal by bringing peace and calmness to our mind. Followed by Sukshma Sharira Yoga (the subtle body). Sukshma is sanskrit for "subtle". Sukshma Sharira is partly physical and partly spiritual Yoga, connecting the mind and life energy(Prana). Every "body" has a unique "subtle body" that is composed of impressions, karma and associations of the self. These simple, beginner-friendly yoga steps aim to revitalize your senses, promote optimal body function and restore yourself to your true nature.
Peaceful Meditation Session
Indy will lead us into a calming Meditation Session to expand our inner peace and tranquility. A consistent Meditation practice can bring about lasting and transformational change in oneself. Bringing you closer to your true nature and growing with your best qualities by Discovering YOU.

Sharing A Healthy Vegetarian snack
We will end the Workshop by sharing a nutritious, vegetarian, seasonal meal to improve the performance of our physical functioning systems. Eating & sharing nutritious bites with like-minded people helps nurture the soul as well as the body.
In addition, we will hold a RAFFLE for a FREE Entry to the following month's DISCOVERY Workshop.
Leave Feeling Refreshed and In Balance
You will leave the DISCOVERY Workshop feeling recharged and equipped with new tools to help you along your spiritual path of Self Discovery. We are very excited to share this Wellness path experience with ALL our Prana Harmony friends. Spaces will be limited due to capacity and time constraints. So if you aren't able to get into the First Workshop there will be others.

Meditation for Manifestation
To manifest our desires, we must give and be of service in order to receive. Join us for our always popular weekly Meditation for Manifestation session every Tuesday 7-8 pm. Location varies. check weekly calendar for venue.
In this session, Indy begins by sharing his wisdom, guiding us in balancing and activating the chakras prior to meditation. We then bless the Mother Earth through a guided meditation by the masters. Practice this weekly with us in discipline and consistency; Mother Earth will kindly take care of us in return.
Feel free to bring a blanket, your own yoga mat or cushion for extra comfort. We have a limited amount of mats, cushions and chairs available, so come early!
We start meditation at 7pm sharp, so please come on time to respect the energy.
