I hope you are doing well. I can feel a little stuck feeling during this transition of life. Yes, things will get clearer as days go by. Nature is working on making the environment for you. Be positive and trust yourself. This is the time to liberate yourself from the old lifestyle. It's the season of autumn, let go with grace and no prejudice. Life is an experience anyway. It will help you define your potential, and you will become wiser. This is an excellent time to disintegrate and minimize worldly expectation. Liberation from negative habits, clutter, unnecessary burden, fear, insecurities. Trust yourself with the change; it is made for you.

We have a New Moon on Nov. 13th in the sign of Scorpio (Mars). Be watchful about emotional bursts. Practice on your listening skills. Mercury will be in the Virgo and will improve our intelligence and work skill with more syncing and synchronizing options. A new lunar year will begin and the season of harvesting, prosperity and kindness will begin. Hindus celebrate Diwali as a festival of light over the darkness and how to come out of it. Also Thanksgiving and Christmas bless us in this season of giving.

Let go of the fear, insecurities and laziness while you're working out, especially when working on your lower parts of the body. Avoid procrastination. It is good practice to help Mother Earth in the process of recycling and composting. Practice and encourage circular and regenerative methods.

Water records your emotional imprints. Be watchful when drinking water. Do not drink water when angry or frustrated. Sit down and drink water—compression of our spine opens more channels for water to flow through. Drinking too much water washes away our digestive juices, which ends up lowering metabolism. 
 
🔥FIRE🔥
Have you purchased ginger yet? Yes. Keep ginger and turmeric in your kitchen. Eating more nuts will help you with your fire. Eat to live, not the other way around. Also adding some bitter food will help you cut down on sugar. Please avoid cheese dairy after sunset. Practice restraint with food habits. You will earn a great respect from your system.

Yes, air is changing. It is ideal to use some aromatherapy as vaporizing practice in your shower. Rub some oils on your chest and take a hot shower. Use some eucalyptus or any herbal oils on your chest, temple and earlobes. It is also recommended to rub the oils on your and family members' feet. Rubbing oil on the sole of the feet helps in deep sleep and improves eye health.

Your surroundings are created with frequency and energy. Using higher words and phrases attract higher frequency and higher energy. Find your frequency by choosing your own words and sentences about how you feel rather than what is expected from you. Practice higher representation tendencies.  
🌌SPACE🌌
Invest time and s
eek the one who is seeking. Practice your meditation by observing yourself with your subconscious mind.
Affirmations:  Every moment is the first time in life. I move through time flawlessly.
